Commissioned by the New York Times Magazine for their annual College Issue. Accompanies an article called "Field Work' about a field studyin Alaska. I tried to visually represent the different terrains involved in a field expedition in Alaska as well as the structure of the small Weather box visible in the accompanying photograph.
